As an agent in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate. A recent transplant, after spending summers in Glenville with local friends beginning in 1972. Mark and his wife Susan come to the mountains, after a career for Sue in health care and Mark in business. Their grown children reside in S. Florida. An early career in the sign and graphics industry led to understanding difficult zoning and permitting challenges. This knowledge morphed to a successful career in the telecommunications and satellite entertainment industries. Mark helped major clients build infrastructure networks managing site acquisition teams locating properties for cell sites and towers. He also directed national construction projects for wireless carriers AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and SiriusXm’s terrestrial network. Real estate being a major part of these projects meant that meeting landlord, owner and client needs was paramount. This love of real estate and his long time friendship with Jim Lewis led to Mark joining Jim Lewis Real Estate llc. His desire is to help buyers find the perfect home or property, and sellers a buyer.
